Information includes the property code, unit code, unit address, city and ZIP code, resident code, resident name, and resident status. PHA Unit Status Review Reports > Unit Reports > PHA Unit Status Review Displays unit status information according to a specified property and housing program. Information includes the property code, unit code, status starting and ending dates, and status notes. Unit Vacancy Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Vacancy Displays vacant units according to a specified property and as-of date. Includes the unit code, unit type code, resident code, resident name, resident rent, unit rent, deposit, days vacant, move-in date, lease-sign date, lease-from date, and lease-to date. Unit Availability Detail Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Availability Detail Lists available units. Includes unit code, resident, name, unit rent, deposit, status, days vacant, make-ready date, move-in date, hold status, hold-until date, notice status, move-out date, lease-sign date, lease-from date, and lease-to date. Unit Accessibility Review Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Accessibility Review Lists of units having user-selected accessibility features. Includes the unit code, unit address, number of bedrooms, and mobility accessible, hearing accessible, visual accessible, and rent-ready status. Unit Memos Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Memos Lists memos linked to units. Includes property, unit, memo date, and memo notes. Inventory Status Reports > Public Housing Reports > Work Order > Inventory Status Provides inventory status information for work orders. Includes the inventory number, storage property code, stock description, cost, price reorder lever, reorder quantity, quantity on hand, inventory value, quantity on order and reference comments. Units Not Linked to 50058 Records Reports > Audit Reports > Units Not Linked to 50058s Lists units that are not associated with 50058 records. Residents Without Addresses Reports > Audit Reports > Residents - No Address Lists units that do not have the address on the Unit screen. Includes the unit code, resident code and name, and resident status.
