This section includes examples of the standard Financial Analytics reports.

By changing the values in the Financial Analytics filter, you can generate several reports that allow you to review financial information quickly and repeatedly with different selection criteria. You can display a report on screen, send it to Excel, or generate a PDF copy of the report. You can add grid lines and G/L accounts. On some reports you can add graphs.

Financial Analytics Filter Screen Reference

Report Type	The type of financial report that you want to generate.
Restricting Fields	How Voyager restricts the report: l Property l Book l Account Tree l Period Range of months and years
User-defined	If your database is set up for attributes, you can restrict the report by these attributes. Examples of user-defined property attributes include: l Property Type l Sub Property Type l Region l Sub Region l Market
Options	Not all options are available for all report types. Options are: l Grid Adds grid lines to the report. l Graph Adds graphical representation of the data (pie charts, bar charts, line graphs). l Account Number Adds column of G/L accounts. (If a report does not reference G/L numbers, Voyager ignores the option). l Decimals Shows decimal values. l Suppress Zero Omits entire rows that contain only zero values. l Summary Consolidates the totals for each selected property and omits the sub total details.

Various comparison reports use the following color scheme to designate value ranges.
