Voyager keeps a separate G/L budget record for each combination of property, account book, and fiscal year. Within each G/L budget spreadsheet, there is a cell for every regular G/L account for every month. You add budget data to the spreadsheets by importing it from an Excel spreadsheet, or by manually adding it one account at a time.Users who want more features, or use budget periods other than one year, or require the ability to perform revenue projections, should use the separately sold Voyager Budgeting and Forecasting system.
