This section describes how to add, set up, and edit properties in Voyager Condo, Co-op, and HOA.

When you add a property, you must set up the property for condo, co-op, or HOA use. You should perform the procedures in the following order:

1	Add a property record.

2	Select an association type (condo, co-op, or HOA).

3	Enter association-specific information.

4	Set property attributes (optional).

5	Set property defaults (optional).
