Generating Tenant Delinquency Reports
The Tenant Delinquency report displays residents with past-due unpaid charges.
The report has a row-and-column format. Each row includes the unit, the resident code, resident name, and resident rental status, total amount owed, move-out date if applicable, and the resident's work and home phone numbers. It also displays the total amount of delinquent charges for each property and for all selected properties.
To generate a Tenant Delinquency report

From the side menu, select Analytics > Receivable Reports. The filter section of the Receivable Reports screen appears.

Report Type Select Tenant Delinquency.
The Report Type field s located in the second column of the screen. Selecting the report type changes the filter so that it contains the fields needed for the selected report.
Property Type or select a property code or the code of a property list.
Unit If you want to produce the report for a specific unit, type or select the unit code.
Tenant If you want to produce the report for a specific resident, type or select the resident code.
Status If you want the report to include households with specific rental statuses, type or select one or more statuses.
Transaction Date -to- Type or select the date range within which the transactions were created.
As of (mm/yy) Type the month and year as of which to report.
Summarize by Select the order in which to display the report: Resident or Property.
Minimum Amt Type the smallest receivable dollar amount to include in the report.
HUD Subsidies Select whether to include charges and receipts from HUD subsidies. Options are:
Exclude Include only resident charges and receipts, omitting charges and receipts from HUD subsidies.
Only Include only charges and receipts from HUD subsidies, omitting resident charges and receipts.
Include Include resident charges and receipts and charges and receipts from HUD subsidies.
Show Grids If you want to show column-separator lines, select this check box.

Click Display. The Affordable Tenant Delinquency report appears at the bottom of the screen. You can view, save, or print the report as an Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel file.
