Generating Affordable Receivable Aging Detail Reports
The Affordable Aging Detail report lists receivables by resident. Each in the report row includes the property code, unit code, and resident status. Transaction information includes the transaction number and date, charge month, amount, current amount owed, due in 0-30 days, 31-60, 61-90, over 90 days, and prepayments. Remarks appear for each transaction. The report also totals the amounts for each resident.
You can generate the report in three ways:

When you are viewing the report, transaction control numbers are links to their records. You can export the report to Microsoft Excel.
To generate an Affordable Aging Detail report

From the side menu, select Analytics > Receivable Reports. The filter section of the Receivable Reports screen appears.

Report Type Select Receivable Aging Detail.
The Report Type field s located in the second column of the screen. Selecting the report type changes the filter so that it contains the fields needed for the selected report.
Property Type or select a property code or the code of a property list.
Unit If you want to produce the report for a specific unit, type or select the unit code.
Tenant If you want to produce the report for a specific resident, type or select the resident code.
Status If you want the report to include households with specific rental statuses, select one or more statuses.
Age as of Type or select the latest date of the transactions to include in the report.
Post To (MM/YY) Type the most recent post month to include in the report. The post month is the month and year that a charge affects the general ledger. The report includes charges posted through the end of this month.
Report Type Select Receivable Aging Detail.
Summarize by Select the order in which to display the report: Resident or Property.
Charge Code Type or select one or more charge codes.
Account Type or select a general ledger account.
A/R Account Type or select an accounts receivable accounts.
Minimum Amt Type the smallest receivable dollar amount to include in the report.
HUD Subsidies Select whether to include charges and receipts from HUD subsidies. Options are:
Exclude Include only resident charges and receipts, omitting charges and receipts from HUD subsidies.
Only Include only charges and receipts from HUD subsidies, omitting resident charges and receipts.
Include Include resident charges and receipts and charges and receipts from HUD subsidies.
Show Grids If you want to show column-separator lines, select this check box.

Click Display. The Affordable Aging Detail report appears at the bottom of the screen. You can view, save, or print the report as an Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel file.
